Transplant Risk and Prediction Models
A collaboration between the Division of Transplant Surgery, Division of Biostatistics, and Biostatistical Design and Analysis Center
Below are a series of the decision
models we have developed.
For more information about our research, please visit the Division of Transplant Surgery, Division of Biostatistics, or Biostatistical Design and Analysis Center webpages.
Living Kidney Donor Risk Models

Liver Transplant with MELD ≥ 40
This model looks at patient survival within one year of liver transplant for recipients with MELD values equal or above 40 using random forest survival methods.
Liver Retransplantation
This model allows the user to estimate 1-year and 5-year survival of re-transplantation recipients with user-entered characteristics.
